The 3rd Real Estate debate 2018 conference is held this year under the slogan &ldquo;Property Export Strategy ... What has been done and what is required?&rdquo;&nbsp;
The event is a complement to the momentum created by the 2nd Real Estate Debate conference held last year under the slogan &ldquo;Ambitious Strategy for Exporting Real Estate &ldquo;the last Conference adopted many recommendations and some of them were implemented by the government last year. However, there is much to be done to benefit from the enormous opportunities provided by real estate sector, whose market size exceeds USD 250 Billion a year&nbsp;
The conference examines actions undertaken by the government, led by the ministry of housing, including issuance of real property registration law No. 37 of 2018 and minister of interior decision on the permissibility of residence of foreign nationals in case of owning a property or more as well as to what extent these actions have helped stimulate external demand for Egyptian real estate&nbsp;
The convention focuses on financing and promotion approaches needed to the successful property export market through developing an integrated perspective by the private sector in collaboration with the relevant government actors as well as developing an integrated approach to resolve the problems facing property developers.
